HK: What's my best bet for seafood?

Is Lei Yue Mun the place for seafood? We're hoping for some fresh fish, shrimps, and clams.

Places with seafood wet market like Lei Yue Mun, HK gold Coast, Lau Fau San, Sai Kung, Aberdeen, Lantau Island....etc all offer great selection and variety of seafood. The major selection criteria is IMO where the 'best restaurants' that can execute and prepare these sea treasures are located!! Personally, I like Sai Kung, Gold Coast and Aberdeen ( fishermen's canteen! )
