Business Lunch in the North End

Is there any place in the North End that is open for lunch during the week that would be appropriate for a business meal? Would normally avoid that neighborhood but client is coming to Boston for first time and has requested it. The usual suspects(Lucca, Prezza, Tresca, Bricco, etc) are open for dinner only and I'm struggling to think of other places. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

I've only eaten at La Famiglia Giorgio and it was good but not exceptional. Hopefully someone else can speak to the other options.

Carmen is the best option of those listed. NO is the best food, but prob. not suitable for the occasion (likely a wait to be seated).

Pomodoro is also open for lunch, which would be in my top three with NO and Carmen.
