Moxie in glass bottles?

Does anyone know where I might be able to find Moxie soda in old-school style glass bottles? Obviously I've seen it many places in cans and plastic bottles, but I can't find the glass anywhere and I feel pretty sure that I have seen them in the past, so they do seem to exist.

We searched for it a few years ago, mostly in MetroWest and in markets and general store type places all the way down Cape Cod and couldn't find it in glass.
