Labor day cooking

So what is everyone doing for the long Labor Day weekend?

Will be spending time at the beach this weekend

I have a 10ish pound packer brisket I'm smoking. Maybe some homemade Nova lox

So what are your plans?

  1. Whole brisket - nice. Are you going to make a sauce for it or just serve it with its drippings?
