Looking for a knife shop in the Northern MD or Southern PA area

I live north of Baltimore and would like to test drive (or test chop) some gyutos. I have been to both WS & SLT, but would like to try some of the more unique brands that so far, seem to only available online. I am not experienced enough to buy a knife without trying it out. Does anyone know of anything in the area?

Edgeworks in downtown Frederick. I don't know if they carry the brand you are looking for, or if they will let you test chop something though . . .
