Had a great trip to New Mexico & great eats
I scoured your board for food recommendations and as we tooled around your great state, we ate, as much as possible, at the recommended restaurants. Hits were El Paragua (best chips) in Espanola, Graham's Grille for breakfast in Taos, Maria's Mexican Kitchen (best red salsa and their margarita knocked me on my a--) in Santa Fe, a fun breakfast at Horseman's Haven Cafe near our hotel, Rancho de Chimayo, in well, Chimayo. The highlight though was dinner in Arroyo Secco at ACEQ. They opened in April of this year and have a farm to table concept. The fried chicken, crab salad and chicharones in lettuce wraps with pickled veggies, was memorable! Oh, and don't miss the chocolate pie.
