Brick oven insert

Does anyone recall the name of the oven insert that was available a few years back? It was a pseudo brick oven that you put inside of your regular oven for baking bread, etc.

You might be interested in a la cloche. Much cheaper, same idea.

Or a cast iron combo cooker, which works as well or better than a cloche but will never break.
Problem with both is then it's a one loaf at a time endeavor. Unless you have multiple cookers. Not that I'd know ;)

Yes. I understand that there are alternatives to the oven insert, but my friend is really looking for something more versatile. She'd like to do all sorts of bread, both free form loaves and tinned loaves. Pizza, pita, and some other things as well. We thought the insert would be best for this as well as more cost effective.

Hearth Kitchen or Hearth Kit. AFAIK, these are not the original Hearth Kit which was discontinued several years ago, but it looks like the same thing.
