Will you be watching 'Life After Top Chef'?
Jenn Carrol, Richard Blais, Fabio Viviani and Spike Mendelsohn will star in the new series.
could be fun...

Here's a link to Bravo's description of the series: http://www.bravotv.com/life-after-top...
It doesn't sound like something I'd be interested in and, quite honestly, I find both Spike and Fabio to be unwatchable. I liked Blais on his regular season, but found him very unlikeable on the All Stars season. Ditto Jen, though admittedly she wasn't on All Stars very long, her exit left a bad taste in my mouth (which is a shame, as she's the only one whose food I have eaten and it was fabulous).

Too bad the show didn't focus on all the previous winners.
I'm curious if winning helped their careers?
Was being a portrayed as a heel a detriment, Ilan?
Like winning the lottery, did winning bring "friends" out of the woodwork?›3 Replies-

re: 512window
It will be interesting to see what Jen Carrol's experiences were, as she has been trying to set up a place in Philadelphia, which never succeeded. Latest rumor is that she is heading to NY. So I think we will see aspects of the chef community, as well as how hard it is to be an independent chef in this difficult business environment.
