Réservoir chef leaving
It appears that Dany Bolduc is leaving the Réservoir, to work in a new restaurant.
I'm really sad. I had brunch there at least 150 times.
I really hope they'll be able to find someone skilled enough to replace him.
Huge task to follow Mehdi Brunet, Samuel Pinard and Dany...
Does anyone has any extra info about that ?
Where is he going ? Who's next ?
