We have a WagJag deal for a place in Muskoka (Pow Wow Lodge). Tripadvisor reviews say food is ok but small. Deerhurst is near by but there are other interesting places like Muskoka on the Rocks and Norseman. Both are appealng on the web. Any experiences?

Don`t know those places, but the Mill on Main Street is decent and has a band some nights. They make good use of a smoker for pork and chicken, and have a nice deck. The more scenic the place, though, the worse the food. The place on the water bites. Trading Bay in Dorset has set the bar at below ground level as well, with what might be the worst food in the area.

The Bush Company in Dwight is a decent place as well,.
