This is a great place to eat. Tops in our area. BYOB is a great attraction. The seafood salad for two is not to be missed if any is made that day. It' may not appear on the menu. Chicken and veal franchese are my favorites. They attract parties of 10-20 which tax the kitchen at times. I usually go early Saturday (5PM) or Sunday. I fact I will be there this Sunday.

I had heard they were moving to the old Little Kraut location near the Red Bank train station. The building was under some major construction about a year ago and has stalled since that time. If you drive by currently it sits half gutted. I don't know what the problems were but that's all I know about it.

It has a solid reputation for serving good food…..I have dined there in the past and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately for me it’s a BYOB which is a detraction for me when dining out so I don’t go nearly as often as I would if they served alcohol. If your in the area and want good Italian food and don’t want to have to put up with the Red Bank scene this is your spot. (and don’t mind bringing your own bottle of course)
