Dordogne via Normandy to Brittany
I'm returning from the Dordogne to the Uk next week.
My normal route with my beloved dog is to head directly to Calais & the Eurotunnel. This time I'm happy to drive up the Normandy coast to Brittany, and probably cross from Cherbourg to Poole.
I'm trying to put a 3 night trip together, involving two places to stay which of course need to be dog friendly. Ideally we'd like to be by the coast & I've been perusing the invaluable Michelin Guide.
I find the Michelin Star rating more useful than Relais & Chateaux, as a guide, but any ChowHounders feedback would be appreciated.
Manoir de Lan Kellerec at Trebeurden for 2 nights is a possibility, with a stop at Anne De Bretagne
in La Pleine Sur Mer.

We have some friends who just returned from here. http://www.maisons-de-bricourt.com/in.... They rented one of the Gites for week and found it wonderful. They enjoyed driving and eating in the Cancale area.
