Business Dinner Downtown Denver

Philly CH looking for a good spot in Downtown Denver for a business dinner with a client next week. He is not the most adventurous eater and will likely steer me to a chain. I am hoping to make a preemptive reservation someplace that can accommodate both of us! Any suggestions?

I would recommend Panzano - excellent Italian food. Safe (for your client) but absolutely excellent.

I second this. When I lived in Denver, my company would always take clients to Panzano because it works for everyone.
