Rugby Grill in Birmingham has (or at least had in the past) it on their menu, but to be honest, we had it as part of a very large meal (celebrating my mom's 70th birthday) among about 12 people, and it was the *only* thing that disappointed. That, there, is one excellent restaurant that had one flat dish out of, say, fifty great ones.
I'd try it again there, but it wouldn't be right not to throw a caution out there on that particular dish.
Forest Grill in Birmingham always has it. Apparently it's Chef David Gilbert's favorite food. He's cooked all over the world including for a time at Rugby Grill.
Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe in Grosse Pointe Farms has it on the dinner menu as a side. I've had it there and enjoyed it. Note that DD's dinner seatings are time limited when there's entertainment, so you may want to check on that first. I like their quiet Tuesday evenings for that reason.
'm sure there must be other places, but I'm not very knowledgeable about area foie-level restaurants generally.
