Real Sichuan Cooking - BBC - Ken Hom & Ching-He Huang

fascinating series on the cooking of China ..... this episode goes to Sichuan/Chengdu where chilis, sichuan peppercorns and chili paste rule. very well filmed .......

      Is this on TV in the US? BBC-America maybe? You Tube is OK, but 51" flat screen is better. ;o]

            Thanks for the heads up on this; I really like Ching's show "Easy Chinese" and I haven't seen Ken Hom in ages. Looks great.
