The Island of Syros, Greece. Looking for restaurant recommendations
I will be in Athens for 3 days/nights and the island of Syros for 10 days/nights during the first half of September 2012. I have seen posts for restaurants in Athens here, on a new website called "Culinary Backstreets", and on Matt Barrett's lovely website on Greece.
The latter includes some recommendations for Syros but I haven't seen any others. Does anybody have any personal experiences they would be willing to share? I will certtainly share mine upon my return!

I can't remember the names of the restaurants we visited but one of Syros specialties is thyme honey. it is so delicious.
