Altamonte Springs for Dinner

Having dinner with a couple of friends Tuesday night in Altamonte Springs. I'm looking for a nice, but reasonable restaurant ($20-$25 entree selections) with a relaxed environment, and a full service bar. We're not to picky on type of cuisine, I guess what you would consider mainstream style menu where the restaurant really cares about the quality of food they put on the table would be ideal for this group.
Any suggestions will be appreciated, and if we need to drive a little ways, that's no big deal.
You're going to find mostly chains in Altamonte Springs, I'm afraid.
Chowhounders seem to love Seasons 52, but I can't stand it. Small "frou frou" portions, and pretty expensive for what you get: http://www.seasons52.com/
Bahama Breeze is a chain run by Darden (of Red Lobster and Olive Garden fame), but the food is MUCH better. Kind of Caribbean-fusion, but mainstream enough to not freak out any picky eaters. They have a full bar with plenty of frosty frozen drinks and other specialties.
Both of those are directly outside the Altamonte Mall, and there is also an Elephant Bar restaurant inside the mall (but I haven't eaten there, so I can't vouch for it): http://www.elephantbar.com/
There's also an Ale House in the same area, and a Chili's, a TGI Friday's, and a Romano's Macaroni Grill a little further past the mall on SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard). Of all of those, I'd go to Bahama Breeze.
