Lunch near Empire State Building on a Saturday

I'm looking for a spot for a quiet lunch for 8 people on a Saturday in late September, somewhere near the Empire State Building. We don't need a private room, but somewhere where I could potentially reserve a corner table so that they can easily chat over lunch would be ideal.
Open to pretty much any cuisine, one or two vegetarians in the group but otherwise no dietary restrictions. I would love to keep food to around $30 pp (before tax and tip) but could go a bit higher if necessary. While it needs to be pretty good food, the setting is definitely equally important for this lunch.

How about Artisanal? You can certainly request one of the larger round tables in the back, and there are veg-friendly options. Plus, it's really close to the ESB.
