The chef gets much praise and the restaurant garners good review. My only experience was at the 7 or so course Tales of the Cocktail spirited dinner. Lots of molecular gastronomy presentations. Some worked, while others failed. The dessert led my husband to comment, "Wow, I believe that was the worst dessert I've ever had". It was a rocky road riff with frozen beet marshmallows,, frozen bacon praline and who knows what else. In addition, every protein was overcooked...white tuna, grey lamb, hard, dry rabbit.
