Is anyone else being driven insane by the dog licking ad?

I'm usually pretty immune to ads, but this one keeps drawing my attention to it. Argh!

There have been many posts over the years complaining about this or that advertisement. It's gross, or offensive, or insensitive, whatever. And the responses always included at least one poster who suggested Adblocker.
