Azura in Jerusalem
I've posted this question on the Middle East board, but there's a lot more action here and I'm hoping that someone will know the answer.
Azura has a dish they call "Rosh Hashanah" that they only make around...wait for it...Rosh Hashanah. Does anyone know what the actual Kurdish name of the dish is, or what is in the dish so that I can try to find a recipe? I'd like to make it for the holidays this year.
