I am looking for the best authentic German Pork Hox in GTA and North York. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

The best I have had in Toronto is Musket near Kipling Station, which may be out of your way. The meat is tender and smokey, and they have a few excellent mustards to choose from. Their sauerkraut is a little on the sweet side for me, but I have been informed by people with authority that it is very authentic.

Yes, definitely. 10 min tops really.
While you are there, I highly recommend picking up some fresh strudels and rye from Dimpfimerier (36 Advance Rd, just next to Musket). Fresh Bread you can smell from the corner. I think they close early (5pm, I think) , so make sure you visit before dinner.
