NYer visiting Vegas for the 1st time, need 1 dinner and lunch help

Hello, I was hoping for some suggestions and recommendations for my first Vegas trip in October. I have reservations at e for dinner already and was thinking of Sage and Kabuto. I'm staying 4 nights and am not sure where to have dinner on the 4th night. A friend suggested Alize, any thoughts? Also I need to find a place where I can get very healthy light lunches (ceviche, decent yet not to pricey sashimi, simply grilled proteins) Thanks so much.

You have some excellent restaurants chosen already! Raku is also a favorite of many of the LV Hounds. I have not dined at Alize.

Perhaps a bit more information from you would get fellow Hounds to make a few suggestions; where are you staying? Will you have a car? Are you interested in any particular type of cuisine for your 4th dinner?

Consider Raku if you can get off-strip. If not, then Twist is your answer.

Twist will be my final dinner. I can't wait.

If you enjoy creativity, it is hard to not enjoy. :-)
