Las Vegas Steakhouses with great fresh vegetables and side dishes

Hi, first time I am creating a board. We are taking my mom to Las Vegas this weekend for her 90th birthday. We also have our 14 year old son with us. We are staying at the Bellagio and want to have a great meal Saturday night. Everyone loves steak with the exception of me, I will stick with fish. We all love great fresh vegetables, side dishes and great bread. We are thinking of the following:

1. Craftsteak

2. Prime

3. SW

Please let me know what you think or if there is another one you would eat at.
Also, need a casual place for Friday night, but might just stay in at the Bellagio for Friday night.

where'd you end up going? We had absolutely loved the steak at Delmonico's - a memorable dining experience.

We ended up making a reservation ar Craftsteak. Service was outstanding and the sides were great. Unfortunately, my tuna and my husbamd's steak were not good at all.

We ate at Cut and liked the sides better than the steak!

I would recommend Charlie Palmer Steak, at the Four Seasons in the Mandalay Bay complex at the south end of the Strip. Superb food and a lovely place to celebrate your mom's milestone birthday. The menu offers something for everyone; I've enjoyed steak, lobster and other seafood there many times. Be sure to make a reservation, and enjoy!
