A sunny weekend visit to Seattle - Restaurant recos?

My husband and I are visiting Seattle for the first time this weekend. Driving up from Portland on Friday and staying through Sunday.

Any recommendations for the best places to grab lunch and dinner for a few days? We can splurge on one night, but would prefer to stay under $15-20/person for all other meals.

We like any type of food, but will probably avoid Asian cuisine for this weekend. We eat it for lunch pretty frequently in Portland.
