      Don't know if they still carry it, but Kuby's used to have it.

        Like Rudolphs, I think Kuby's has to order it for you. Give them a call. Kuby's: 214-363-2231
        Rudolph's closes at 3:00PM on Saturdays and is closed on Mondays.

          Most of the grass fed/natural beef vendors will have one at the local farmers markets. You can also find them at most Latin/Middle Eastern themed stores

            What is your use? Just curious

            I usually eat mine boiled in a bit of stock with fresh cracked black pepper, garlic and salt over some fresh biscuits. I use the jus as a "gravy" for the biscuits

              Another meat market to try would be Hirsch's Meat Market in Plano. Give them a call.
