Chicken Necks and Backs

Anyone know a good source for chicken necks and backs for stock-making? Best quality is a concern, as well.

          Go to the St. Paul Farmers Market Saturday or Sunday morning. You can find great chicken packaged many ways with these vendors: Prairie Pride, Pasture-a-Plenty, and Callister Farms.

              Second the St Paul Farmer's Market. I have bought a package of frozen necks and backs from Callister I believe for cheap!
