Sorghum Syrup - what recipes help it to shine?
I just received a gift of Sorghum Syrup from an American friend - I'm Canadian, and have never cooked with it before.
What are your special recipes using Sorghum Syrup? I know it can be substituted for molasses, but I'm interested in finding recipes where only sorghum syrup will do. Can any of you southerners help this northern girl?!?!
