I am looking for some flavored mayo recipes that would go well on a cheeseburger?

I like doing a roasted garlic mayo, add a touch of lemon juice. I also like a chili jam/ lime mayo, for heat. Chili jam is a chef's product on W-S that I'm addicted to. You can sub a chopped chipotle + some sugar for a similar effect. I also like mixing banana ketchup with some mayo to make it creamier, and not as sweet.

Thoroughly mush up a chipotle pepper, along with a bit of the sauce and stir into mayo. Terrific, even if the "trendy" bloom is off of chipotle! I do the same with softened butter in place of mayo, and it's great on cornbread or naan.

Wasabi and/or sriracha. If you don't like heat, I bet a worcestershire mayo would be great, or Old Bay.
