Coconut Water- Fresh Vs Processed

I have been enjoying the health benefits of Coconut Water for years here in the Caribbean. I notice Grace has canned coco water as do a few companies in the US (in cartons). I wonder if the health benefits remain from processed water? What brands do you love?
