Fish and onion rings post beach day at Rocky Neck State Park

Not sure where to go after a day at the beach. Specifically fish and onion rings, casual outdoor seating since we will probably still be in beach attire.

Left out of Rocky Neck's driveway, about 4 or 5 miles, a little drive-in kind of place, good ice cream, never had the burgers, seafood, or rings, but what I saw looked and smelled good. Picnic tables, serve yourself...can't dredge up the name....Thought it was someone's name, but a co-worker claims it's the Hallmark
