Source for real rosh keves?

Any idea where to find a real rosh keves for roasting for r"h in the tri-state area? Not just cheek meat, but the real deal. I know it's unlikely, but thought I'd ask.

Rockland Kosher in Monsey keeps them in the freezer with all the other weird stuff. Most Chasidish type supermarkets in Monsey will have it.

There are a few sephardic butchers and grocery stores on Kings Highway in Flatbush, Brooklyn (between Comey Island Ave & McDonald Ave). In the past I have seen the whole rosh keves minus the skin on them.

I've seen/gotten them from Glatt Mart, on Ave M and East 12th, for quite a few years already. They are "real" heads, teeth and all… They usually have them sliced, but I'm sure if you ask them they can butcher it differently for you.

not so unlikely - try glatt mark (i think that's what it's called) in Brooklyn, on Kings Highway between Coney Island Avenue and East 9th, or so - you can also try I & D on AVenue P and east 4th (or so), Kings HIghway Meat on Kings Highway and EAst 3rd. A place like pomegranate might have it also - i get one every year, and more and more people are getting them also -
