Fresh Ramen Noodles

I live in New York City and I was wondering where can I buy fresh ramen noodles without the flavor packets?

I've never seen fresh as in recently made ramen noodles for sale in NYC. Sunrise Mart has carried the not frozen/flash fried dried version. Its in the refrigerated section but typically comes in a cello pack with a stock base which is much better than the powdered salty crap that comes in the dried/fried version.
