Hash Browns............

Anyone know of a Diner or any eating establishment in Union, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset and Essex counties that serve fresh (not frozen) hash browns ?.....it appears everyone has home fries, but few, or any that I''ve seen serve fresh hash browns .........Thanks a lot !!
