'feine - new coffee shop in Conshohocken

I recently discovered a new, local coffee shop in Conshohocken. I arrived around 11 a.m. and walked up the path to the front door of the shop, past outdoor tables set back from the street. I ordered a Cafe Latte, which was prepared perfectly and served in a large, white porcelain cup with a saucer. I enjoyed the coffee in the quiet back room of the shop, which is decorated with farmhouse style tables and chairs. Magazines and books are available for your reading pleasure, and they also have Wi-Fi. Since my first visit was close to lunchtime and I already had plans for lunch, I did not order any of the pastries. At the present time, 'feine is offering Specialty Coffees, teas, soft drinks and pastries, but they plan to add breakfast and lunch sandwiches in the near future. 'feine is conveniently located on Fayette St., between 8th and 9th Avenues. Parking is available on the main street, or one of the side streets. They have a Facebook page as well as a website for further information. www.conshyfeine.com

ha. i thought it was the wrong link at first... the home page of the website looks like something for an art gallery.

I was hoping they would have later evening hours - sometimes you just want to go someplace and hang out and have a cuppa. My best friend lives in CO, her local coffee shop Pike's Perk is open until 11pm on weekends, but otherwise resembles your description of 'feine. (which is a silly name IMO)

    do they have soymilk?

Hi Juju - you know, I'm glad you mentioned about the website looking like it's for an art gallery. I thought the same thing. I am going to call them or send a message on Facebook later today and gently suggest that they switch the art gallery tab with the tab describing their new shop. It is a cute shop. I also enjoy a similar place near me called Main Street Java, in Souderton. If I'm over that way, I stop in for a latte and just chill in one of their comfy leather chairs and read the local paper, which they provide to their customers. Once I sit down with my coffee, I go into a kind of Zen Zone and it's so relaxing.

Funny you should mention that Juju - I thought the same thing when I checked out their web page. They need to switch the "home" tab with the "about" tab so their potential customers see that first. As far as the new shop being a good choice for hanging out and having a cup of coffee, it is very quiet, or at least it was the morning I was there. I go to a similar place in Souderton - Main Street Java - and they are open for dinner hours, but not late night. I sent 'feine a message thru their web page and asked about the soy milk. Stay tuned.

Hello again Juju - Daniela - the owner of 'feine - got right back to me this morning and thanked us for our comments and feedback. She said she will have their website changed today to focus more on the coffee and goodies, rather than the local artwork they also feature at their shop. She also said that they have both Soy Milk and Almond Milk, so that was good news for you. Can't wait to go there again soon.

that is good news! it's so disappointing to go into a shop hoping for a soy latte and then having to drink "boring" black coffee. :) thanks for contacting them about that. I'll have to drag the DH over there sometime soon.
