Breakfast "Happy Hour" at Figtree in Venice
You don't see breakfast happy hour all that often.
Figtree in Venice does half price breakfast from 8-9 every day. We have been eating in Figtree for 20 years or whatever. They do good pancakes and egg dishes. I really recommend their lox eggs and onions. Eggs Lulu are good, too.
The real value is eating there for half price. The parking is much easier at that time of the morning, too, before Venice Beach gets too crowded.

They also have a lunch/dinner happy hour, but we only go in the morning for breakfast.
