Spicy Ginger Chinese in Boca Raton

This is our new favorite local Chinese place. The food was flavorful without being too salty or greasy. Very good made-to-order fried rice and professional, friendly staff.

I went Saturday night and really enjoyed it. We ordered the mu shu pork and the walnut chicken. They were both excellent, simple, and fresh. I was telling a friend of mine that I was so sick of Chinese food everywhere because they use the same cloying brown sauce on all the dishes and most don't even know what fresh ginger is.

Not Spicy Ginger. They had fresh ginger in the walnut chicken and it was delicious. We're definitely going back.

This is the old Rib Bizz location in the strip mall of HotDogOpolis. Two co-workers of mine go here quite a bit and they like it but say it is never busy for lunch.
