Was there a Dean and Deluca Espresso Bar in Union Square?

Please help me settle a bet. Was the current Emporio Rulli in Union Square a Dean and Deluca Espresso Bar in its former life. I'm thinking around 2000-2004ish.

    Sorry
    There was a Dean & Deluca cafe at 75 University Place and 11th street.
    Currently an Argo Tea shop is in the space.
