Not sure if it is the same owners, but I thought they had closed. When I went by this afternoon, on the way to the post office, they were open and selling food.

Same thing happened to me! We were in the area on Saturday, thinking about having a quick dinner, and decided on Sage. I saw the OPEN sign on J&J and told my husband I thought they had closed. I looked from a distance and there was clearly activity inside. Hope things go well for them!

I thought a pizza place took over that space? Could they just still have the old sign up?

I was in there the other day. Owners are new, meat supplier is different, the place looks a little more deliberately Italian than the last incarnation. I had tuna on pumpernickel, and it was as good as the old version, so no complaints. The cole slaw was fine too. I'm glad it's reopened, as J&Js was always my default if I just wanted to grab a sandwich.
