Just got a library copy. Many great looking recipes like, "Crisp Pork Belly, Sweet Peach Salsa", " A Crumbly, Upside-Down Tart of Figs", "Mulled Perry with Pears and Spices", and, "Hazelnut and Breadcrumb Ice Cream", and all the c/t ligatures anyone could ever hope for. Will report after the usual discreet interval.
