Group of four, plus a baby in a carry carseat and a toddler - veggie options necessary - Where to go?

It's for my birthday. This year, I have come to grips with the fact that we won't be dining high-end. Sorry to say but my first attempt at that with my then two-month-old baby resulted in projectile spit-up all over the banquette. Toddler wants to run, and baby is very fussy. We need more space than your average group of four to accommodate them. Somewhere clean, with decent food (need not be "gourmet," but should be hot, fresh, and tasty), fast service (because we will have to eat fast and run), and a certain amount of noise (because we'll be disturbing the peace otherwise) -- and preferably east of Yonge or uptown (Don Mills, etc.) Open to whatever suggestions... Thanks in advance!
Definitely not gourmet, but what about Mongolian Grill near Don Mills and Eglinton? There should be plenty to keep the toddler busy, and you need to get up and walk around to get your food. And it's a big place, so getting a bigger table shouldn't be an issue.
My other suggestion would be, if it's a nice evening, a picnic in a local park. You pick up some nice take out or prepared food somewhere, bring something simple for the kids and let the toddler run to his heart's content.
How about Little India - maybe Lahore Tikka House? Lots of families there, festive and good food.
If you don't mind a wee bit west to Ave & Lawrence, Sakura Garden has all you can order lunch that is well priced and kids under 3 free, children 3-12 are 1$ per year . Not sure how fast is fast for your needs but we eat in about an hour if we order most of our "all you can" order in one shot to avoid getting backlogged. They have lost of veggie maki, tofu dishes as well and vegetarian curries, though if your veggie requriement is strict, you might need to ask for fish sauce additives in the Thai dishes etc. Also very family friendly and noise is not a problem are both Congee Star and Congee Queen on Don Mills north of Eg.
