Lunching on the Upper East Side

Just got a new job on the upper east, and am looking for delicious, sit-down, inexpensive lunch options. Ideally, I'd like to find places reasonably close to 70th and First Ave, as I don't want to spend the bulk of my lunch hour trekking.

Post-work cocktails and nibbles recommendations are welcome as well.

Any cuisine is fine, I'm adventurous - it's quality that I'm searching for.
