Burger at Market Table
Finally tried the burger here. I don't hear much around it any more but the burger is excellent. Eight ounces of brisket and sirloin by Pat LaFrieda. Melted white cheddar, house made pickles, carmelized onions, lettuce, and heirloom tomato. Well seasoned with a great crust. I believe they grill it and then put it through a salamander.
