Blue Inc - anyone been recently??
We went last night and a very sub par experience. Unfriendly hostess, hot and cramped seating (in a fairly empty restaurant) and very noisy. Food was quite uneven and obviously not checked for qc before it left the kitchen. Wait staff was also not properly trained. Our server thought the duet of pork was two pork chops. Any one had a better experience lately?

I finally got there for lunch today - had the French Dip which was very nice, and the tater tots which were more like tater adults. I really loved the #$%& out of them, they were ginormous balls of fried tot, with a cheese core. I would say more like potato arancini than a tot. The shakes looked really good, I almost got a peanut butter and pretzel one. I have heard that they look better than they taste, but will investigate further...

Santos also told Eater Boston that he's starting up a 200-seat restaurant in the Theater District near the Citi Performing Arts Center, hoping to open before the end of the year.

well darn, i wonder what's going on. I was really rooting for Jason in this new venture. When we ate there over the winter, the food was good but we felt that it lacked the spark it had at Gargoyle's.Craig took care of us so service was fine. LOUD> they said they were going to get that taken care of but maybe the money just isn't there for it. Bummer/sorry for you but thx for warning us.

Got in for a bowl of pork ramen at lunch not too long ago. It was good, but it was no Guchi's. No service issues.
