Where to find Bak Kwa (Chinese sweet/salty meat jerky) in Boston area???

Used to get this at Bee Cheng Hiang in Singapore and miss it so much!

  1. Not sure what Bak Kwa is but there's no place to get freshly made beef jerky here AFAIK. We usually do a trip to NYC when the craving hits...

You can get the boxed stuff at asian markets though.

Bak Kwa is the Malaysian name for that Chinese beef jerky. I agree, if you want some fresh stuff you should swing by KL Malaysia Beef Jerky in Manhattan's Chinatown. In Boston you are limited to whatever you can find in sealed packages at Chinese supermarkets.

BTs has their own jerky. Only have to go to Sturbridge!
