Which restaurants do my wife and I have to eat at if we only have three nights in the following areas?

1) Pienza & Surrounding Area

2) Lucca

3) Alba & Asti Region & Surrounding Area

4) Milan

5) Rome (1 night)

Please help with recommendations.

what are your criteria ? have you visited Italy before?
are you interested in characteristic italian dishes or creative cuisine?
what are you looking to spend. note you dont have to spend a mint to get very good food in italy.
