Quesadillas Estilo D.F.

I used to love these when Sabor de Mexico was open on National. Does anyone know of places that do a similar version?

Oh how I miss Sabor... Since then, we've had a few great Mexican places open nearby... most notably E.K. Valley and Tacos Los Anaya... but neither have the amazing quesadillas that Sabor had. The closest thing we have nearby are the Arepas at Savor... or if you are willing to make the trip, I ADORE the Quesadillas at Antojitos Carmer in East L.A. on Cesar Chavez Blvd not far from Soto.

I thought sabor relocated to somewhere on jefferson blvd, in the west adams district, or am i mistaken ?

It didn't last very long and closed not long after the move.
