The burrata in Marea's ASTICE (nova scotia lobster, burrata, eggplant al funghetto, basil) is pretty great.

I had burrata at Scarpetta a while back that was pretty amazing. It's not on the menu at the moment, but keep an eye out.

For me, the best is just grabbing a fist of burrata from Di Palo's, a good hunk of bread, and then walking down to Columbus park and noshing away surrounded by Chinese folk bands and old men playing dominos. Can't beat the burrata or the ambience.

Di Palo's is great, i also love their cheese ravioli. As far as restaurants for burrata, i like Bar Pitti and I also like Il Brigante
