Haut dogs?

Been wanting a haut dog for a week now and I stumbled upon this link a few days ago. Interesting where these dogs are going now a days. Any one been to any of these places? And what did you think? TIA

Showdogs was great. Hot new place is Pig and Pie on 24th St in the Mission.
