Russian restaurant in SFV

I recently read about a Russian restaurant in the SFV (on Ventura Blvd?) but now cannot recall where I read this article. When I viewed the menu it seemed to have a decent amount of Polish food.

Rasputin is a small Russian market in Encino with a nice deli counter.

I also know of Tbilisi, which is a deli on Ventura in Encino, but I don't think their menu is online.

Could this be the place? http://www.yelp.com/biz/russian-dacha... I have often driven past, and meant to try it, but cannot vouch for it. Its Laurel Canyon, not Ventura but it looks really good from the outside - if decor means anything.
